Understand why many processes and media require extraction technology to protect employees and machines and to meet legal requirements and guidelines. We will familiarize you with the individual system components and explain which parameters have to be taken into account when designing a single system or a complex extraction system. After our basic training, you will know the most important control functions and will be able to localize and evaluate errors yourself and establish relationships. In addition, we will show you the actual replacement of wear and spare parts as well as smaller service calls. Expand your knowledge in our professional training, including topics such as fire and explosion protection, maintenance content and procedures, detailed control functions and other options of our modular system.
Decision maker overview
Lecture event that shows the possibilities and limits of the use of crane technologies with regard to decision-making. The participants are trained in the basics of cleaning systems and in the essential application details. The participants practice in small parts themselves and thus gain interesting insights into an important part of the work that makes their operation safe. Discussions and queries are of course always possible and welcome. The decision-making training gives an overview of the rules and regulations for dealing with problematic combustible media in connection with industrial vacuum cleaners. In this training, the main focus is on the responsibility of the superior, e.g. in the transfer of duties.
Classic training
Classic multi-day training with alternation between lectures, demonstrations and exercise units based on prepared tasks or product recommendations. It is possible to use examples from the customer's processes and implement them with the Krahnen recommendations.
Product training
When companies decide on a training measure for their employees, the actual need for qualification is usually still unclear. In the most common cases, the use of new tools in day-to-day operations is the trigger. Our training includes the basics of handling explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaners in potentially explosive areas and the basics of fluid mechanics in the transport of problematic media. The training specifically addresses the Krahnen products purchased by the customer. The aim is to provide the user with sufficient knowledge for safe handling. When developing qualification measures for the employees of our customers and partners, we differentiate between qualifications, level of education and existing know-how.

- the (individual) learning media / documentation development
- the implementation and learning success control> proof of competence and certificate.
Prototype workshop
In contrast to the training, the aim of the workshop is to present a solution approach developed by Krahnen for a specific application after an on-site visit. The lecturer's lectures are limited to the necessary knowledge transfer in order to enable the participants to develop parts of the solution themselves (in groups) with the targeted assistance of the lecturer. In his recommendations, the lecturer will strictly orientate himself towards the task objective and create live sample codes for selected sub-areas. This gives the participants the opportunity to study not only the solution, but also the lecturer's approach to searching for information and solving problems. Further support and training, e.g. via webex meetings, can follow.
