The pre-separator (VAS) and high-performance industrial vacuum cleaner series EP (endless pack) from KRAHNEN has a system in which the suction material or dust is filled into an airtight tubular bag via a flap. In contrast to the usual collection bins, the dust can be visibly collected and packed airtight in just a few simple steps. This system is ideal when handling fine, poisonous or harmful dust, in order to dispose of the dust with minimal contamination. The endless pack is a peelable tubular bag (20 meters), whereby the user can determine the size of the filling volume as required. In contrast to the usual collection container system on industrial vacuum cleaners, the filled film tube can be rotated manually with a certain fill quantity and closed with a clamp or a cable tie. This enables the simple separation process and ensures a closed system, whereby the operator does not have to reckon with any danger during the disposal process.
The endless packaging system has been further developed by Krahnen in such a way that no dust is to be expected even when the tubular bag is changed after approx. 30-40 units. With all other endless pack and longopack teats on the market, a contamination-free tubular bag change is almost impossible and involves a lot of effort. The Krahnen endless pack cartridge is an innovation that enables tubular bags to be changed very easily and almost dust-free in just a few seconds. Approval for certain OEB classes and asbestos applications is possible.
