When machining steel, aluminum and plastic joints, dangerous dust and flying sparks are generated by friction, grinding or removal processes. Improper handling can not only lead to property damage, but can also significantly endanger the occupational safety of people on site.
In order to be able to handle daily business efficiently and without wasting time at a single workstation, the mobile vacuum cleaner for aluminum dust with spark trap offers the right solution.

Maximum safety when wetting with maximum mobility

Compared to conventional water bath pre-separator systems, the injection principle is a great advantage in terms of safety. With the injection system, the suction material is mixed with the wetting agent directly at the suction point. Possible dangers during transport in the suction hose are thus excluded. The "extinguishing function" is a great advantage in particular for the following applications, among others:

  • Suction of explosives
  • Vacuuming substances that react with air
  • Vacuuming hot or glowing materials

Water bath pre-separators also have the disadvantage that it is difficult for the user to detect the saturation of the water bath. A high saturation of the water bath reduces the absorption capacity. This can lead to the dry suction material being drawn through the suspension in a bubble without combining with the wetting agent.
