Description
It is primarily used to ventilate tanks, containers and pipelines in which problematic media have to be conveyed.
Sticky and resinified products can be transported over long distances if the appropriate pipes and hoses are used.
The setting of flow volume and speed is infinitely variable and enables the exact design for the application.
Working principle
The Ecojet nozzle consists of two components. The ECOJET nozzle is connected to the factory compressed air supply. The supplied compressed air is then fed into the annular chamber of the two components.
The air escapes through a fine gap at high speed. The special, patented chamfer on the edge of the gap ensures that the supplied compressed air only flows along the inner surface of the component.
The air flow generated moves at high speed to the outlet of the nozzle and pulls the air mass of the entire cross-section with it. The blowing or suction volume generated in this way is up to 25 times the amount of air supplied. The stepless regulation of the compressed air supply enables precise metering of the blowing and suction volumes.
